I'm very disappointed in Senator Durbin (one of the people who's apparently pushing this bankruptcy option), Roberto. He was one of the participants in the Gang of Six and Bowles-Simpson and he always seemed like one of the more level-headed Democrats. And now he goes out and does this - yikes.......I also wanted to share this link with you from Reason TV. It's on this particular subject and totally hits the mark - ttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZPZZ5o1nY2M

Hi Will, Politicians specialize in raising hopes, making the sheeps wait and then busting the hopes on the rocks. That's why I recommended in my page called "A New Plan of Action" that students and their families start writing letters about their Constitutional rights to the Attorney Generals of the states. The politicians are all controlled by the bankers. They know the occult political art of blowing up political trial balloons, getting the victims to latch on to the trial balloon, then send it deep into uninhabited territory where the riders freeze to death in the void. Don't waste your time. Write the Attorney Generals. This strategy will not work right away but since it is the only strategy that will work, the in debt student and their family will feel better. The school debt scam is a violation of Article 1, Section 8 that guarantees uniform bankruptcy protection. This is where the solution lies in my opinion.
